Can I shop Stones&Sparkles locally?
Yes! We would love for you to make an appointment to shop with us in Maruapula, Gaborone, Botswana. Our dedicated style team can help you find just what you are looking for. If you aren’t local but still want a style consultation we can do that by Skype. For consultations contact us.

What are the shipping methods you provide?
We only ship through our courier partner DHL. DHL is a reliable courier service and hence we work with them.
For Botswana Customers; Pickup services from the warehouse are available.Strictly on appointment or prearranged terms.
Do you offer loyalty rewards?

How often do add new jewelry to the site?
Every 3-4 months we add our new stock so keep an eye on our new products page.
